Job description
The Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in providing patient care by utilizing the nursing process that encompasses assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This position involves the planning, organization, and supervision of hospice care services tailored to support the needs of patients and their families in home and community settings. Applicants are required to have a valid Registered Nurse License in Indiana, and prior experience in hospice or long-term care is strongly preferred.
