**Job Title: Nursing Supervisor**
This role involves leading a specific unit by overseeing nursing staff and support personnel to guarantee exceptional and cost-efficient patient care. Responsibilities include managing staffing needs, assessing employee performance, and working alongside management to enhance satisfaction for both patients and physicians. A Bachelor’s degree in nursing and an active Registered Nurse license in the relevant state are prerequisites. Applicants should possess supervisory experience and be certified in BLS and either AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS.
