Job description
The Hospital Liaison acts as a crucial partner in facilitating patient discharges by overseeing the arrangements for durable medical equipment (DME) and providing education to patients and their families. This position is responsible for managing consignment inventory, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, and fostering relationships with hospital personnel. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, while an associate’s degree is preferred. Applicants should possess a minimum of six months of experience in a customer service position within the healthcare, medical, or DME sectors.
