Job Summary
The Hospital Liaison plays a pivotal role in fostering communication between healthcare providers and the organization. This position is essential in ensuring that patients receive seamless care and support during their healthcare journeys.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication between hospital staff and the organization to enhance patient care quality.
- Assist in coordinating patient information and discharge plans to ensure continuity of care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospital personnel and administration to improve service delivery.
- Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding available services.
- Monitor patient progress and satisfaction, addressing any issues that may arise.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in a liaison or coordinator capacity.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare procedures and regulations.
- Proficient in using healthcare management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
