**Job Title: Personal Care Assistant**
Deliver individualized personal care to patients in their residences, promoting their independence. Prioritize patient safety while adhering to the agency’s standards and protocols. Applicants should have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and be prepared to commit to 25 hours of work each week. A high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary for consideration for this role.
