Job description
The maintenance engineer will manage the upkeep of property grounds, communal spaces, and guest accommodations while carrying out preventative maintenance tasks. This role involves responding to service requests, conducting daily inspections, and ensuring there is a sufficient inventory of replacement parts. Applicants should have a minimum of two years of experience in hotel maintenance and have a strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Physical requirements for this role include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in activities such as bending, stretching, and standing for extended durations.
