Job Summary
The Hotel Maintenance – PM role focuses on ensuring that all hotel facilities are kept in excellent condition during evening and nighttime hours. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the operational standards of the hotel, thereby enhancing guest satisfaction through effective maintenance practices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues.
- Assist in the upkeep of outdoor areas and landscaping as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
- Experience in hotel maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
