Job Summary
The Housekeeper plays a crucial role in ensuring the hygiene and cleanliness of patient care environments, office areas, and communal spaces. This position involves performing various cleaning responsibilities to maintain a healthy and welcoming atmosphere for both patients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of patient care areas, offices, and public spaces through sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Conduct terminal cleaning in isolation rooms to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage the disposal of trash and linens efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent certification.
- A minimum of six months of experience in housekeeping.
- Experience in a healthcare environment is advantageous.
- Able to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
