Job Summary
This position is responsible for executing routine housekeeping duties aimed at keeping resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal spaces clean and hygienic. The role emphasizes adherence to sanitation standards and effective communication regarding maintenance and safety issues.
Responsibilities
- Carry out daily cleaning tasks within resident living spaces, including bathrooms and shared areas.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Document cleaning activities accurately and maintain logs as required.
- Notify the supervisor of any maintenance needs or safety hazards encountered during cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or a comparable qualification is a prerequisite.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting weights of up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods while executing job functions.
