Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to execute daily housekeeping duties which involve the cleaning and sanitization of resident rooms, restrooms, and shared spaces, ensuring adherence to safety and infection control standards. This position requires maintaining clear documentation of cleaning tasks and fostering a positive rapport with residents, colleagues, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cleaning of resident living areas, bathrooms, and communal spaces.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures during cleaning processes.
- Keep accurate records of all cleaning activities performed.
- Engage positively and respectfully with residents, staff members, and guests.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or comparable educational achievement is required.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting weights up to 50 pounds and standing for long durations.
