Job Summary
The role is centered around maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within residential environments and shared spaces. The individual will adhere to set procedures and safety protocols while ensuring the overall upkeep of various areas, including resident rooms and offices.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices in line with established guidelines.
- Document and report all cleaning activities while addressing any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Ensure adherence to infection-control measures while engaging positively with residents, staff, and visitors.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or a comparable qualification is essential.
- Prior housekeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Capacity to fulfill the physical demands associated with the role.
- Willingness to work around cleaning chemicals and comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
- Residency within the service area is required.
