Job Summary
The Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the housekeeping team, organizing work schedules, and guaranteeing that the facility adheres to established service and cleanliness benchmarks. This role includes performing daily inspections, assessing staff performance, and providing training to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage housekeeping personnel.
- Plan and implement work schedules for staff.

- Conduct daily rounds to monitor housekeeping activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality field or a related area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills.
