Job Summary
The primary objective of this role is to ensure the maintenance of a hygienic, secure, and sanitary environment within the facility. This includes responsibilities for cleaning up various areas like resident rooms, communal spaces, dining areas, and offices, thus promoting the health and well-being of all residents.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough cleaning of resident accommodations and common areas.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining environments and office spaces.
- Perform sweeping and mopping of floors to uphold sanitary conditions.
- Handle laundry tasks including the washing, folding, and organizing of facility linens and personal belongings of residents.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in long-term care, healthcare, or similar institutional environments is highly regarded.
- A genuine desire to engage with older adults and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently with self-motivation.
- Access to reliable transportation is essential for commuting.
