The Senior Research Scientist will lead the design and execution of complex quantitative studies using large healthcare datasets to improve organ donation and transplantation outcomes. They will also provide senior-level scientific oversight, mentor research staff, and contribute to grant applications and peer-reviewed publications. Candidates must possess a PhD and at least 3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong expertise in advanced statistical methodologies and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization are required.
