Job description
The HR Director will oversee the Human Resources operations for the North American Warewash segment, emphasizing the areas of talent acquisition, employee retention, and succession planning. This role encompasses managing labor relations, including negotiating contracts, and offering strategic support to the senior leadership team. To qualify, candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or Labor Relations, along with a minimum of 10 years of pertinent HR experience. A demonstrated background in labor union relations, collective bargaining, and the administration of HR policies is essential.
