Job Summary
The HR Director will lead the human resources department, developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organizational goals. This position involves overseeing talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Implement employee training and development programs.
- Manage performance appraisal systems to ensure effective assessments.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably as a Director.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
