Job description
The HR Director plays a crucial role in managing, organizing, and assessing the various functions of the Human Resources department, which encompasses policy formulation and ensuring compliance. This position includes overseeing recruitment processes, benefits management, employee relations, and directing HR personnel, all while making certain that federal and state employment laws are followed. Applicants are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline, or a minimum of three years of HR managerial experience. A current driver’s license and a comprehensive understanding of both state and federal HR regulations are essential. Preference will be given to those with PHR/SPHR certification.
