**Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner**
The Human Resources Business Partner acts as a strategic consultant to leadership, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from talent acquisition to performance management and employee relations. This role leverages workforce analytics and HR metrics to enhance organizational efficiency, maintain compliance, and promote an inclusive workplace culture. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline and possess between seven to ten years of advanced HR experience. Essential skills include expertise in HRIS platforms, knowledge of employment law, and strong interpersonal abilities for coaching and conflict resolution.
