Job Summary
The In-House Recruiter is responsible for overseeing the entire recruiting cycle, encompassing job advertisements, candidate evaluations, and coordinating interviews. This role involves collaboration with hiring managers to establish staffing priorities and enhance the overall hiring processes.

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job postings to onboarding.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interview schedules effectively.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and priorities.
- Optimize recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, especially Workable.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with data management tools such as Excel and Google Workspace.
