Job Summary
Peterson Cat, located in Hillsboro, Oregon, is on the lookout for a skilled HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is crucial for providing support in various human resources functions, particularly focusing on workers’ compensation and the administration of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Responsibilities
- Administer workers’ compensation processes and support employees as needed.
- Oversee HRIS activities to ensure accurate data management and reporting.
- Partner with management and staff to promote a culture aligned with organizational values.
- Ensure compliance with HR legislation and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources, particularly in talent acquisition and HRIS management.
- Strong understanding of workers’ compensation laws and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with staff at all levels.
- Ability to work onsite in Hillsboro, Oregon.
