Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in sourcing and securing qualified personnel to meet the staffing needs of our clinical operations. This position is based in Mechanicsville, Virginia, and requires an onsite presence to effectively collaborate with team members and management.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source candidates for critical clinical roles within the agency.
- Conduct regular meetings with the Director of Nursing or Administrator to discuss staffing requirements and progress.
Qualifications
