Job Summary
The HR Manager plays a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources operations, which encompasses the formulation of policies, employee development initiatives, and management of employee relations. This position also entails the administration of benefits and ensuring adherence to applicable federal, state, and local laws throughout the organization’s various sites.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies.
- Facilitate staff development programs and initiatives.
- Manage employee relations and address any concerns or disputes.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Ensure adherence to HR-related laws and standards in all organizational locations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources.
- Strong integrity and attention to detail.
- Preferred certifications include SHRM or PHR.
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
