**Job Title: Project Manager**
The Project Manager will oversee software development projects from their initial idea through to completion, ensuring that all efforts align with the organization’s objectives. This role entails the coordination of diverse teams, management of project schedules, and identification of risks to deliver exceptional solutions on time. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a similar discipline, along with a minimum of three years of experience in managing software projects. A solid understanding of project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and familiarity with tools like Jira or MS Project is essential.
