Job Summary
The Consultant will be responsible for leading the entire process of procurement, assessment, and selection of a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for a public-sector entity. This role involves managing the readiness for implementation, conducting vendor negotiations, and ensuring stabilization after the system goes live.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the procurement process for the HRIS, guiding evaluation and selection procedures.
- Manage the readiness for implementation to ensure smooth system deployment.
- Negotiate terms with vendors to secure the best agreements for the organization.
- Lead post-implementation efforts to stabilize the system and resolve any issues.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
- At least 5 years of experience in public procurement consulting.
- Demonstrated success in procuring at least two comparable information systems.
