**Job Title: Hospice Aide**
The hospice aide is responsible for delivering essential personal care services to patients in their residences. This includes aiding with mobility, assisting with transfers, and supporting daily living activities. In addition, the aide monitors patient conditions, records any changes observed, and carries out basic health care tasks as assigned by a registered nurse. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification, along with a current state certification as a nursing assistant. A valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and up-to-date CPR certification are also mandatory.
