Job Summary
The Maintenance and Reliability Manager plays a crucial role in spearheading maintenance operations, preventive strategies, and ongoing improvement projects aimed at maximizing equipment availability and enhancing facility effectiveness. This position encompasses the management of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) procedures, oversight of facility utilities, and mentorship of maintenance staff in a regulated production setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate maintenance activities and preventive programs.
- Initiate continuous improvement initiatives to boost equipment uptime.
- Manage CMMS processes to maintain optimal workflow.
- Oversee facility utilities to ensure efficient operation.
- Coach and support maintenance personnel in a regulated environment.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing engineering, ideally in a highly regulated sector.
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
- Proficient skills in reliability methodologies and project management.
