Job description
The manager is responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle in designated locations, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, and the development of site teams. They are tasked with implementing retention strategies and providing guidance to site leaders to achieve performance objectives. Applicants should have at least three years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or multi-unit operations. Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems and possession of a valid driver’s license are essential for this position, which is field-based.
