The Senior HR Generalist plays a crucial role in the development and management of human resources programs at the site level, encompassing areas such as talent management, employee relations, and compensation strategies. This position guarantees adherence to both federal and state regulations while collaborating with site leadership to enhance workforce planning and boost employee engagement initiatives. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a closely related area, along with a minimum of two years of applicable HR experience.
