Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing all human resources activities at the Lebanon manufacturing site. This includes overseeing industrial relations, recruitment processes, and safety initiatives. Additionally, this role involves collaboration with the plant management team to set operational objectives and maintain adherence to corporate standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all HR functions, including industrial relations, recruiting, and safety programs.
- Collaborate with plant management to establish and meet operating goals.
- Ensure compliance with corporate HR policies and procedures.
- Promote and maintain a non-union workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5-7 years of professional human resources experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing all aspects of HR in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in PC applications.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a non-union workplace.
