The Elastomers Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing the entire process of developing, testing, and bringing elastomer products to market, from initial concept to production start. This role entails working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure that all projects adhere to performance, quality, and cost criteria, all while upholding necessary engineering documentation. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and bring a minimum of 4 years of pertinent experience. Essential skills include proficiency in CAD, PLM software, and GD&T principles, with the willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
