Job Summary
We are collaborating with a rapidly expanding small technology firm to find their inaugural Head of Human Resources. This role requires a proactive leader who will not only manage but also construct and expand the HR department from the ground up, accommodating the company’s swift development needs. We welcome applications from candidates with HR Manager or Director experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive talent acquisition efforts across various operational areas.
- Implement HR best practices and strategies to support company growth.
- Develop and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement initiatives.
- Support the executive team in strategic planning and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a human resources leadership role, either as an HR Manager or Director.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and HR management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment.
