**HVAC Controls Systems Team Lead**
The HVAC Controls Systems Team Lead serves as the primary on-site project manager, tasked with overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of control systems projects. This role involves managing project budgets, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring the effective functionality of systems through design, programming, and commissioning processes. Applicants should possess a technical associate’s degree along with 1-3 years of relevant experience in the HVAC or Building Automation Systems sector. Essential skills include expertise in systems design, commissioning of digital HVAC controls, and excellent communication abilities.
