**Job Title:** Supported Living Supervisor
The Supported Living Supervisor is responsible for overseeing staff schedules, delivering training, and ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations. This role also involves collaborating on the creation of Individual Support Plans and directly assisting individuals with disabilities. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for those holding an associate degree. A minimum of two years of experience in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, along with at least one year in a supervisory position, is required.
