Job Summary
The position involves implementing Censis software solutions through thorough preparation of customer data and hardware. The selected candidate will develop effective implementation strategies and deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions to staff at healthcare facilities. This role also emphasizes client satisfaction and requires maintaining clear documentation of implementation progress, as well as troubleshooting any installation issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
- Prepare customer data and hardware for software implementation.
- Develop strategic plans for effective software integration.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training for healthcare facility personnel.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address concerns throughout the implementation process.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records of the implementation process.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and communicate any software bugs or needed modifications to the Product Development team.
Qualifications
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a comparable experience is required.
- Preferred qualifications include sterile processing certification and previous healthcare implementation experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, with occasional weekend or overnight commitments.
