**Job Title: Independent Living Skills Coach**
The Independent Living Skills Coach offers individualized mental health support tailored to clients’ needs, oversees program operations, and administers medications. This role also includes ensuring the cleanliness of the facility, preparing meals for clients, and accurately documenting all client interactions in the electronic health record system. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2,000 hours of applicable human services experience or hold an associate degree in a behavioral science discipline. A high school diploma or GED is required, and applicants must be willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certifications.
