Job description
**Job Title: Technician**
The technician plays a vital role in ensuring a clean and safe workspace at the Kennecott Smelter. This includes tasks such as clearing debris from conveyor systems and addressing blockages in piping. Additionally, the technician undertakes hydroblasting operations to maintain the efficiency of gas fans and other industrial machinery. Applicants are required to be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid driver’s license, and be physically fit to lift up to 35 pounds. The position also mandates a clean-shaven look for proper respirator fit testing and the capacity to work on a rotating shift basis.
