Job Summary
The Industrialization Project Manager is responsible for guiding the journey of new product industrialization, from the initial prototype stage to stable series production. This role involves the coordination of diverse cross-functional teams to achieve quality standards and timely delivery goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the industrialization process of new products, ensuring efficient transition from prototype to series production.
- Coordinate efforts among various teams to meet specified quality and delivery objectives.
- Oversee production runs and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure all necessary technical documentation and equipment are prepared for a successful product launch.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in the fields of electronics manufacturing or New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Strong skills in project management, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in using ERP and MES systems to facilitate manufacturing operations.
- Capability to thrive in a production setting and work collaboratively within teams.
