Job Summary
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for spearheading intricate business analysis activities. This includes developing strategies for requirements gathering, reengineering business processes, and evaluating solutions across various systems. The role also encompasses mentoring other analysts while ensuring that technology initiatives are in sync with the organization’s business goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of advancing experience in business process analysis and technical solution implementation.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) practices.
- Proficient in SQL and capable of influencing stakeholders across various functions.
