Job Summary
The Infrastructure Business Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in collaborating with various IT teams and stakeholders to enhance business operations within the organization. This position, based in Portland, Oregon, focuses on establishing effective communication channels and translating stakeholder needs into comprehensive documentation pertaining to business processes, technical specifications, and functional requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with IT across all locations to ascertain their needs and ensure alignment.
- Engage with stakeholders, including Client Engineering and local IT, to gather relevant information.
- Facilitate communication among various groups, including floor walkers and technical teams.
- Create and maintain meticulous documentation that captures business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Analyze and document business processes and system workflows to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business systems analysis, particularly in IT environments.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent documentation skills for capturing intricate business and technical details.
- Experience with process analysis and improvement methodologies.
- Adept in using relevant tools and technologies for documentation and analysis.
