Job Summary
The Infrastructure Business Systems Analyst will be based in Portland, Oregon, and will operate in an onsite capacity. This role entails collaborating closely with various IT teams across multiple locations to establish clear communication and facilitate the definition of system needs and requirements. The analyst will play a crucial part in bridging gaps between stakeholders, Client Engineering, and local IT resources to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders and IT teams to understand and define business and system requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Analyze and document business and system processes to improve operational efficiencies.
- Coordinate with floor walkers and Client Engineering to enhance system usability and address any technical issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business systems analysis and requirement documentation.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to document and analyze complex processes effectively.
- Familiarity with infrastructure systems and IT operational challenges.
