**Registered Nurse**
In a 24-bed unit, the Registered Nurse delivers patient-focused, evidence-informed care to surgical patients throughout their treatment journey. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal outcomes and support departmental objectives through dedicated care. Applicants must possess a valid Wisconsin RN license along with either a BSN or an ADN, with a commitment to attaining a BSN within five years. Furthermore, certification in BLS from the American Heart Association is a prerequisite.
