Job description
The role of the phlebotomist entails conducting venipuncture and overseeing the pheresis process to facilitate effective plasma collection. This position also involves keeping precise records of donors, resolving equipment issues, and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for those donating. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of six months of experience in phlebotomy. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is necessary to fulfill organizational requirements.
