Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Vertical Insure policies. This role involves developing a sales pipeline, performing cold outreach to potential clients, and qualifying incoming leads. A key aspect of this position is to manage conversations to uncover client needs, address any objections, and keep precise records in the CRM to facilitate successful client onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline for Vertical Insure policies.
- Conduct cold outreach to prospective clients to generate interest.
- Qualify incoming sales leads for potential conversion.
- Engage in discovery conversations to identify client needs and align with solutions.
- Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to prospects.
- Ensure that all client interactions and sales activities are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or Business Development Representative (BDR) roles.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software to track sales activities and client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to effectively manage high-volume cold calling efforts.
