Job description
The Senior Information System Security Officer (ISSO) plays a crucial role in delivering on-site cybersecurity evaluation assistance, coordinating vulnerability scans, and managing system security documentation for the MPCO. This position entails overseeing Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, handling incidents, and suggesting creative enhancements to improve operational effectiveness. Applicants should hold a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree along with 8 years of pertinent experience, culminating in a minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience. Essential qualifications include an IAM Level II certification and specialized experience working with Department of Defense entities and military systems.
