**Veterinary Receptionist**
The Veterinary Receptionist acts as the initial point of interaction for clients, overseeing appointment scheduling, managing patient traffic, and handling multi-line phone operations. This role includes processing transactions and delivering compassionate service to guarantee a superior client experience. Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in veterinary customer service or a similar front-desk position. Familiarity with veterinary practice management software, like Cornerstone, along with excellent communication abilities, is strongly preferred.
