Job Summary
The Epic Radiant Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing and managing radiology billing systems, ensuring that they meet organizational requirements and enhance operational efficiency. This position involves analyzing workflows, supporting users, and implementing Epic Radiant applications to streamline processes within the radiology department.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of current radiology workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of the Epic Radiant application.
- Engage with users to provide assistance and resolve issues related to the radiology billing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and modify system configurations.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of Epic Radiant tools and functionalities.
Qualifications
- Experience with Epic Radiant or similar electronic health record systems.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare billing processes, particularly in radiology.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
