Job description
Job Summary
The Sr. IT Business Systems Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and IT solutions. This role involves analyzing user needs, providing strategic insights into technical solutions, and facilitating communication amongst the project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements to develop technical specifications.
- Design and implement system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical staff throughout project lifecycles.
- Conduct user training and support to enhance system utilization.
- Participate in system testing and evaluation to ensure quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis and IT system implementations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with various software development life cycles.
