Job Summary
The role involves serving as a liaison among business stakeholders and technical teams to thoroughly analyze business processes, gather essential requirements, and develop comprehensive specifications. Additionally, the position entails recommending appropriate technology solutions while overseeing the development and execution of end-to-end test plans.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Analyze business processes and gather requirements for technology solutions.
- Define detailed specifications for projects.
- Develop and carry out complete end-to-end testing plans.
- Analyze system data and support end-users with application-related issues.
- Troubleshoot application problems to ensure effective operation.
- Review project outcomes post-implementation for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in requirements documentation, IT project support, and application testing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- A master’s degree or business analysis certification is advantageous.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, and automated testing tools is a plus.
