Job Summary
The Janitor plays a crucial role in ensuring a hygienic and secure atmosphere within an aluminum extrusion manufacturing facility. This position focuses on carrying out regular cleaning tasks across production areas, offices, and shared spaces, while adhering to strict safety and housekeeping protocols.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine cleaning of various facility areas including production zones, offices, and communal spaces.
- Operate cleaning machinery and equipment effectively.
- Manage waste disposal processes to maintain cleanliness and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in janitorial services, housekeeping, or a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to follow established safety guidelines.
- Physical stamina and capability to lift weights of up to 75 lbs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including a 12-hour night shift.
