The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the cleaning crew, ensuring services meet established quality standards, and managing site consumables inventory. They will also handle weekly progress reporting, conflict resolution, and assist with employee recruiting and onboarding. Candidates must be physically capable of standing for the entire shift and possess the ability to work effectively with a cleaning team. Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred for this role.
