**Job Title: Junior Event Specialist**
The Junior Event Specialist plays a critical role in the organization and implementation of meetings and events. This position involves collaborating with vendors, overseeing schedules, and performing various administrative duties. Additionally, the specialist assists with preparations at the venue, provides support for guests, and addresses any issues that may arise to guarantee successful event execution. Ideal candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and one to two years of relevant experience in event planning, hospitality, or a comparable area. Exceptional organizational abilities and the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, including on-site presence, are essential.
