Job description
The Key Holder plays a pivotal role in achieving sales objectives, guiding store team members, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This position also entails overseeing operational tasks such as opening and closing the store, managing merchandising, and ensuring the accuracy of point-of-sale transactions. Ideal candidates should possess 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales and exhibit excellent leadership and communication abilities. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, as the role includes working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
