**Kinship Navigator**
The Kinship Navigator is responsible for spearheading outreach and support initiatives aimed at enhancing the understanding of kinship care and the resources available within the community. This position offers tailored assistance to caregivers, facilitating their access to programs and services that address the safety and well-being requirements of children. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent discipline, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, along with experience in the human services field. A Master’s degree is preferred. Candidates must also be able to successfully complete a criminal background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
